Joshua Domenico is an offshore client representative and marine operations specialist with experience spanning offshore wind, subsea cable installation, hydrographic survey, and offshore energy operations across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
His background combines field-based operational leadership with GIS-driven QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined offshore execution under complex environmental and logistical constraints.

Hailing from the University of Vermont’s environmental sciences community, Caitlin O’Neil brings an environmentally grounded and operations-focused mindset to Velvet Sea Environmental.
Her background includes regulated environmental operations, laboratory support, field coordination, workflow management, and compliance-focused execution across fast-moving operational environments.
She supports VSE’s internal structure, project coordination, scheduling, documentation systems, and day-to-day operational continuity as the company continues to grow.
